Grilled rice powder is usually used in some Vietnamese recipe. Foods will be no taste without the powder. That is why I made it. Lol
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
4 cup of water
Direction:
Step 1: wash your rice until the water is clear.
Step 2: soak it for 4 hours.
Rinse and drain it as well.
Step 3: using a cast iron skillet to grill the rice when the rice change from white to dark yellow. It is time to cool the grilled rice down.

Step 4: use your grinder to grind the rice. I use my blender to grind it.
Last, keep the powder in a jar, and cover the jar as well.Hana
