This blind hem foot is for the blind hem of course, and this is not a foot that you should buy. Actually, you can blind hem with a normal foot without this foot. To blind hem, you must be aware of folding your hem. If you fold it wrong, you might don't like the result.
Your blind hem will look like this on both sides.

Here is the way I fold the hem before blinding it:
Preparing the fabric:
Fold the edge to the left about 1/4 inch, and press.
Fold the edge to the left about 1/4 inch, and press.
Fold again to the left, the fold in this step is "the hem", and press
Fold "the hem" under the right side of the fabric.
Leave a small part of "the hem" 2~4mm, and "the hem" should be upside down while the left side of the fabric will be on the top.
Preparing the sewing machine:
Choose the stitch #13 (blind hem stitch)
Choose the width (I chose maximum so we can see the stitch clearly). You should choose the width smaller so your blind hem would look pretty
Choose the length
Sewing:
Place the hem under the foot, and"the hem" should be upside down while the left side of the fabric will be on the top.
Check the plastic guide aligned on the fold (the hem)
Unfold the hem
