Fish pastes, egg and kimchi fries rice

This is another easy recipe for you, my friends. I hope you will like it. it is time to clean your fridge and finish your leftover. lol

Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cup of rice
1 egg
1/2 cup kimchi
1/2 fish paste (or whatever that you have in your fridge)
1 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp sauce
Green onion (optional)

Direction:
- Whisk the egg, and put the rice into the egg. Mix them well, and set it aside.
- Squeeze kimchi and cut it into small pieces.
- Cut the fish paste into cubed pieces. 
- Heat the cast iron skillet on medium heat. Pour a little of the oil and minced garlic into the skillet. Stir it till the garlic becomes yellow. 
- Put the kimchi into the skillet, stir it well. Then, put the fish paste into the skillet. 
- Put the rice into the skillet, and stir it well till the rice becomes dry.  
- Sprinkle salt and sugar and stir it well. Finally, put the green onion into it.   
Done!!!
