Homemade soy sauce, how to make soy sauce at home (Part 2- processing soy sauce)

Yes, I am the person to make the economics going down. Hehehe. I like to make or produce anything at home. If I could plant rice at home, I would hehehe.  Guess what? I made soy sauce on my own. Hehehe. I was waiting for my soy sauce a year to ferment, and a year was gone, so I am going to process it today.

Ingredients
Main
Raw soy sauce (was made and fermented within 1 year).
Sub ingredients:
1 pineapple
200-gram brown sugar
1/2 cup Maggie soy sauce (optional)

Direction
- Clean your glass bottles, and cook them for a while in hot water to prevent bacteria if not you might throw away the whole thing.
- Peel the pineapple, and cut it into small pieces, grind it with sugar. Pour the mixture into a big pot (we will use the pot to cook the soy sauce).
- Drain the raw soy sauce into the pot with the pineapple in it.
- Cook the mixture, and stir it all the time until it boiled.
- Turn off the heat, and filter the soy sauce with a towel.
- Boil the soy sauce again. Meanwhile, you can taste it, and adjust it to your desired taste. I pour 1/2 cup of maggie soy sauce at this time because I want my soy sauce's color to get darker.
- Cool it down.
- Pour it into the glass bottles.
Soy sauce is ready to serve. Muaha muaha!!!
