Soya cheese or fermented tofu


I love to eat fermented tofu. Last year, I bought a can of soy cheese, and I could not eat it. There were some weird things inside the can. I think that is chemical that they used to make it. It was not over date, and it was from Taiwan. So disappointed.

Today, I tried to make soy cheese, and I came up with the recipe. Thanks for sharing the recipe
