We ate vegan today. The Suong noodle is one kind of noodle in my country. Suong is made by shrimp paste, but my suong was made by tofu hehehe. Thanks, DS for sharing this recipe.
Nowadays, I am so good at making broth. Gonna eat noodle more hehehe.
