Carrot pickle


This carrot pickle recipe is easy to make and quick.

Ingredient:

Carrot 

The ratio of liquid

Sugar: vinegar: water
     1    :    1      :    2

Bring the liquid to a boil and cool it down.

Julienned carrot and put them into a jar

Pour the liquid into the jar.

After 3 hours we can serve. 

Keep them in the fridge.
