Here I got a flower! Coconut custard buns

I got this recipe from #christinesrecipes. I am trying to make bread with Tang Zhong. It can keep the buns being soft longer. Those buns turned out so soft and fluffy; however, I tried to put double filling than the recipe is. Their bottoms are so wet. Lol. 

Note: baking time is 30minutes but I baked 25min and the top of the buns are crispy. 

It looks like a flower with the handle of the skillet. Hehehe
