Tried to make flan cakes today for my hub. Guess what? Bingo. They turned out so delicious. There was no bubble inside the cake. They were so soft. Thanks, hocnauancooking.com for sharing the recipe.
I used DIP cups to bake the cakes.
Look at the inside of the cake. It is very smooth.
Even I omitted "rum wine" but flan cakes did not taste like "egg"
