#36~Korokke bento

Korokke bento

Hi everybody, the bento for my younger sister yesterday. Inside the box: onirigi with sprinkle nori on the top, boiled broccoli, and korokke.
My Korroke is made by mixing cooked minced meat, minced fish and chopped white onion, with mashed potato rolling it in wheat flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, then deep frying this until brown on the outside.
