Recipes:
1. Poached Tofu:
- Fried Tofu, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame seed. Mix all together, cook with low heat.
2. Fried eggplant:
- Slice the eggplant.
- Prepare a pan with a little olive oil. Frying slices of eggplant with low heat.
3. Salad:
- Mixing boiled bitter melon with sesame oil, sugar, hot pepper flakes and sesame seed.
