#5~Vegetarian lunch box

Hi everybody, I ate more fish and meat this week. So today I decided to make a vegetarian lunch box. It's very easy to cook it. I prepared poached tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame oilseed, fried slices of eggplant, slices of bitter melon salad (bitter melon salad again he..he..he)
Recipes:
1. Poached Tofu:
- Fried  Tofu, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame seed. Mix all together, cook with low heat.

2. Fried eggplant:
- Slice the eggplant.
- Prepare a pan with a little olive oil. Frying slices of eggplant with low heat.

3. Salad:
- Mixing boiled bitter melon with sesame oil, sugar, hot pepper flakes and sesame seed.
