Making pine apple jam by bread maker

My pineapple jam was made yesterday by my bread machine. Of course, I wanted to test my maker again hehehe.

Ingredients

600gr pineapple

200-gram brown sugar

1/2 lemon or 1/2 lime

Direction:

Peel the pineapple, and cut it into small pieces. Using the food processor to process the pineapple with sugar.

Pour the pineapple mixture into the bread maker. Choose the jam level.

After 1 hour, done

The jam is not thick like I wanted because I will use the jam to stuff inside my cookies so that I will cook it, or pour it into the bread maker to jam it one more time. Cross my fingers. Hehehe
