Vietnamese bread again - a new version


I tried another recipe and yes, it was pretty good. This recipe was hard because I must have prepared the starter before a week. However, the bread was better than before. They were delicate and crispy. They raised well, too. 


The bread became hard after I cooled them down. I thought the recipe was good, but there were some problems while I made their dough. I will try this recipe when I get a stand mixer. Kneading the dough by hand is impossible. I think. :((
