Recipe#2: Braised pork with garlic cloves and eggs

Ingredient:

1. 400 gr Pork (cut it along the grain into 5×3 cm sized chunks)
2. 2 Eggs (don't peel the shell)
3. 9 garlic cloves, hot pepper flakes, chopped garlic, onion, honey (or sugar), soy sauce, black pepper, salt.
- Mixed pork with no.3 ( 9 garlic cloves, hot pepper flakes, chopped garlic, onion, honey (or sugar), soy sauce, black pepper, salt.) and eggs. Set aside 15 minutes.

 - Cooking with low heat about 20 minutes (i cook it when I had dinner). Peel the shell of the eggs and put eggs back. Continuous cooking 10 minutes (you can wash dishes when you wait for them)

- After finishing let keep them in the refrigerator. When you put them in your lunch box, you don't need to reheat it. It's ok to serve it.
